Payment Plans and Refunds
Payment Options
Semester Pre-Payment Plan. You can
save 3% of the cost of your tuition, room, and board if you pay your entire
semester’s bill (tuition, fees, room, board) when you register for that
semester’s classes.
Monthly Payment Plan (4 payments). This plan enables you to spread
the cost of a SEMESTER'S tuition, fees, room, and board over a five-month
period. At registration you pay a deferred payment fee and make a down
payment of two-thirds of the semester’s tuition, fees, room, and board. The
balance may be paid in four equal monthly payments.*
High School Payment Plan (4 payments). A high school student can freeze
BBC's tuition, dormitory, and cafeteria charges at current levels and
spread the cost of the education over a period of five to seven years.
The payment schedule is structured so that the first two years of college
(tuition, room, and board) are completely paid before you enroll in your
first semester of classes. If you pursue a two-year degree you will pay only
for fees, books, and other miscellaneous expenses while you are in school.
If you pursue a four-year degree you will continue to make the monthly
payments during the four years of study to pay for the final two years of
education. No fees or deposits are prepaid.
If
you change your mind about attending Boise Bible College your money will be
refunded, but you will be assessed a 3% accounting charge and will lose the
freeze on BBC's tuition, dormitory, and cafeteria charges.
Refunds
Refund Schedule. Refund of tuition, room rent, and meal charges are made
according to the following schedule when withdrawal from the course and/or
dormitory is due to causes beyond the student’s control.
Refunds are calculated according to the date any applicable fees, along with
the completed Change-of-Registration form, are turned into the business
office. |

If
you have received Title IV funds, you are subject to the Department of
Education refund schedule which is calculated daily.
Charges that are not refundable. Audit
charges are not refundable. Neither are most fees, including your
application fee. No refund is given to a student who is suspended or
expelled from BBC. No refund is given on in-house scholarships and awards.
Private lessons fees are not refundable after the third week of the
semester.
Refunds to Veterans.
Refunds to veterans will be prorated in accordance with the regulations of
the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Refund of Credit Balances. You may find that
you have a credit balance at the College after all of your payments,
scholarships, grants, and loans have been applied to your account. If you
wish to have all or some of that money refunded, you must request this in
writing.
* Failure to make a monthly payment will result in a one
percent (1%) monthly finance charge (12% APR). Failure to meet two
consecutive payment dates could result in dismissal from class, loss of
cafeteria privileges, and eviction from dormitory facilities. |
