NT 101 NEW TESTAMENT INTRODUCTION.................................................... 2 hrs A basic course offering a knowledge of the origin, theme, and content of each NT book with an emphasis on the use of basic Bible study tools. Certain historical and geographical backgrounds are included.
MI 101 CROSS-CULTURAL MISSIONS: FIELD EXPERIENCE....................... 1 hr This hands-on learning experience involves a brief immersion into another culture. The student is required to produce a journal that documents the experience and identifies lessons learned about the other culture, their own culture, and themselves.
PH 101 CHRISTIAN ETHICS................................................................................... 2 hrs An introduction to biblical standards for personal and group conduct. Valid principles needed in making biblically-sound ethical decisions will also be taught.
OT 102 OLD TESTAMENT INTRODUCTION...................................................... 2 hrs A basic course offering a knowledge of the origin, theme, and content of each OT book with an emphasis on its relation to the promised Christ. Historical and geographical backgrounds will be considered.

Formative influences and key issues will be emphasized, plus an evaluation of the movement’s impact, accomplishments and failures.

RLM 240 ASSIMILATION STRATEGIES............................................................. 2 hrs This hands-on course immerses the student into the process of assimilating people from a variety of religious backgrounds into a congregation. It also provides practical techniques for training and releasing new leaders into ministry.
RLM 250 DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS...................................................................... 1 hr This lab course immerses the student into RLM’s culture of disciple-making. There will also be an emphasis on modeling, assessing, and teaching as it relates to the discipleship process.
RLM 261 SHEPHERDING & APPLIED DISCIPLESHIP...................................... 4 hrs This course is designed to give the student live exposure to small groups.
RLM 280 MINISTRY SKILLS PRACTICUM......................................................... 3 hrs This course provides critically important practical guidance on far-ranging aspects of life in ministry. Receiving particular emphasis are team process, pastoral skills and competencies, and achieving the balance necessary for personal and family health.
