Served in many church leadership roles as an elder, youth leader, and even buildings and grounds chairman. Served on boards including: West Seattle Christian School, The YMCA, and Pleasant Valley Christian Camp. Currently is president of the boards for Global Vision Citadelle Ministries and Intermountain Christian Camp. He is active with the Intermountain Church Planting Association board of directors.

Some establishments employed at as Sous Chef or Executive Chef over the years; The Gamekeeper, Red Lion Inns, Rock Creek Country Club, Rock Creek Restaurant, Harringtons, Portland Golf Club. Became Executive Chef with Coronet Food Services at Boise Bible College January 2012.

Bethany attended BBC in 1998 and was a member of the Image of Christ worship team. She comes from a long legacy. Her father, David Fitch, served as minister with Woodburn Christian Church and her Grandfather, Alger Fitch, was a well know preacher and Bible College professor.

The Lord sent Rebecca to Boise Bible College after a year in Hollywood, where she worked at an entertainment talent management and production company. Before Hollywood, she lived in Orlando, Florida all her life. Rebecca felt called to be a professor during her junior year at Florida Christian College, but she decided to (initially) pursue a career in the entertainment industry for evangelistic purposes. She also teaches Advanced Screenwriting as an online adjunct professor at Johnson University.
