    Contact Phone:760-449-1474

    Email: yuccamark@gmail.com

Job Description:We are a small church (avg. attendance 80-100) looking to make a big impact. Not just a big impact in our town but a big impact on each individual God connects us with. To do this, we feel God is calling someone here to help reach and engage our families and students. Our Lead Pastor is 28-year-old BBC graduate Mark Thometz who, over the past 5 and a half years, has been mentored by and serving with Myron Wells. Our church is at a sort of crossroads. We are attracting young families while still ministering to our elderly, but Mark does not have the time needed to invest in our families in a way they deserve.

We are looking for a Family Life Pastor. Someone who has a heart for families, teenagers and children. In practical terms, this person would function as a youth minister (leading and organizing youth group and

activities) while also organizing our family ministry (more well-known as children’s church). For the family ministry side, we are looking for someone who can organize teaching schedules, find curriculum and be the go-to person for any needs the teachers may have. Ideally, we would like the parents to be the primary teachers of their children and we need to implement changes to our current program to make that a reality.

I hope this goes without saying but this would be a full-time paid position. We believe God can work something powerful here and maybe you are the one He is leading to help accomplish this vision of a church equipping and empowering families. If you have any further questions please email, call or text Pastor Mark at (760) 449-1474 or yuccamark@gmail.com. Thank you for your time and may God bless you wherever you are.

Job Description: We are seeking a student ministry leader with a passion for equipping a team to help people connect with God.

At Santa Rosa Christian Church, we believe the greatest way for students to transform the world tomorrow is to equip them to lead in the church today.

Our desire is that SRCC not only becomes a student’s parents’ church, but their church as well. We want more than anything for our students to own their faith and bring their friends to Christ. Our hope is that every student within our student ministry would lead one of their friends to Jesus. Is this vision something you can help make a reality?

We believe that working together is the best way to do ministry. Our leaders strive to continually build up volunteer teams around them to help do the ministry. Our staff’s collaborative approach to ministry focuses not just on one ministry, but the entire effectiveness of the church. We also consumed with the John 17 vision of unity within the body of Christ. This vision drives us to partner with other churches throughout our region so that more people can connect with Jesus. Would you want to serve on a team that is seeking after growth in the capital “K” Kingdom of God instead of just one church?

Connecting people to God within our community is a difficult task. Sonoma county is about an hour north of San Francisco in the middle of wine country and is what many would consider “hard soil”. At SRCC, we believe that God’s love is the best way to soften that kind of soil. We are looking for a student ministry leader willing to do the hard work of servant leadership to take our student ministry to the next level.

Our church culture has a history of investment in relationship and receiving the pastors as family (our Lead Pastor started 40 years ago as the youth pastor). We are looking for someone to serve with us who believes in the vision of connecting our community with God.

      • He should have a solid background. References will be checked closely.
      • He should love and relate to everyone regardless of their personal or professional status.
      • He should be real and genuine. Not perfect, but real and genuine.
      • He should have a heart for youth and the other ministries within the church.

      • He should be able to lead, delegate, mentor and provide vision.

If you feel that you would meet at least most of these characteristics, then please send your resume and any supporting audio/video files of your sermons to Tracy Blackburn, Elder at: georgiapastorsearch@gmail.com. Please DO NOT contact the church directly. Thank you and God Bless You. (And yes, to avoid any confusion, even though my name is Tracy, I am a male lol.)

      Position: Volunteer Church Planters

      Contact Name: Brandon Beckham

      Notified: 2017-11-16

      Email: Edward.B.Beckham@gmail.com

      Contact Number: (202) 853-0443 (Cell)

Job Description: Volunteer Church Planters (Boise, ID) Brief Description: Now Forming a Church Plant Group: Calling all Spiritually Mature Christians (Boise, Idaho)

GOAL: Looking to from a Church Planter Group consisting of Spiritually Mature Christians (Servant Leaders) who have felt a stirring to participate in a Boise based church plant. I am seeking to form a team of those who want to join-up and play a part in a long-term vision aimed at birthing a new church from new believers. The name of the new church will be: The Boise Tabernacle Church.

DETAILS: I'm prayerfully seeking to begin a mid-week group in Boise for spiritually mature Christians, of all ages, who have recently felt a stirring to be a part of a long-term non-denominational church plant (The Boise Tabernacle Church). This group would begin meeting sometime during the week, likely Monday or Tuesday evenings (for prayer, fellowship, planning and action).

Again, this group would consist primarily of those with a stirring for being part of something Long-Term, because the ultimate goal would NOT be to "open a church organization" and have current Christians from other fellowships come and join a new "church" in town. Rather, the ultimate goal for this group would be to begin reaching the unreached in Boise with the good news of Jesus in order to establish a group of brand-new born again believers through the sharing of the gospel and subsequent discipleship. This takes time; it is long-term.

The Boise Tabernacle Church will begin from scratch, beginning with the gathering of a group of passionate spiritually mature Christians with a heart to be a part of God's work in drawing others into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and seeing these new believers to be matured into strong disciples.

CONTACT, IF INTERESTED: If you're a spiritually mature Christian in the Boise area and might be interested in joining-up for prayer and fellowship with others who are likewise stirred to be a part of a long-term church plant, please contact me by email to about your possible interest.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are serious, please be prepared to provide a write-up that will include (1) a brief bio about yourself and your walk with God; (2) a summary of your understanding of the Gospel and discipleship; (3) a brief discussion about God's call for you to possibly be a part of a church plant.

BRIEFLY ABOUT ME: I've been a follower of Christ for 18 years (I'm 38 years old) and have a full-time job. My wife and I have been married for going on 15 years, we have three children (ages 13, 11, and 6). I feel a strong urgency to begin moving towards a long-term plant of "The Boise Tabernacle Church" here in Boise that will be focused on spreading the Gospel and seeing new believers grown into spiritually mature disciples. My theology is similar to that of Pastor Jim Cymbala (www.brooklyntabernacle.org) and my church background has primarily been with Calvary Chapel churches.

      For His Glory,
      Brandon Beckham

      Position: Full-time Minister

      Notified: 2017-12-14

      Contact: Andy Larsson

      Email: andy@skinnersights.com

Job Description: Pablo Christian Church is needing a full time Minister. Time frame is “anytime” as the Lord Leads. Nothing on a calendar, just a heartfelt, prayerful need.

We would ideally be seeking a middle aged couple preferably with school age children and musical talent but are open to whomever the Lord leads (both us and them) to serve here with us. Young, eager, motivated college graduating couple could be just right also.

Whoever comes will need to be pretty self-motivated and organized. There is not much programming to “plug into” and be carried along.

Church # is about 50, attendance around 40. New Testament, Restoration oriented, Christian Church/Church of Christ, Instrumental (even though we are without a musician at the moment)

Pablo is the governmental center for the Salish, Kootenai Flathead Reservation. We have some Tribal members attending, it’s a mix. Lots of “needs” in the tribal community.

Currently our only paid staff is a part time “Ministry Coordinator”, almost like a secretary/receptionist. Church board is 5 men, not listed as “Elders” but qualifications and function the same. I’ve been serving here as a volunteer for 6 years. We have not grown during that time but have held fairly steady in number. No internal struggles or strife. This is a very loving and open congregation.

A parsonage is provided on site next to the church; compensation can be discussed.

And, while it is true that every moment of everyday provides opportunity to connect to God, our church’s weekly worship services constitute our primary strategy for connecting with God, together, on a regular basis. Therefore, the worship ministry and its leader(s) is critical to the mission of Heritage.

Heritage Church of Christ is unique in its culture and strategy in that we intentionally utilize two different music styles in our worship services:

      1. Some of our services utilize only acapella singing, while 2. Some of our services utilize a 7+ member praise band

As such, the Worship Minister position on the Heritage staff requires a leader capable of managing and functioning in both musical environments.

Job Description: We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Associate Minister at Chilhowie Christian Church in Chilhowie, Virginia.

This opening is a part of a strategic succession plan. The desire is that the new associate minister becomes the Sr. Minister at CCC when the current Sr. Minister retires in approximately 5-7 years.

If you love mountains, don’t need a coffee shop on every corner and are looking for a long-term ministry opportunity, than this could be a great opportunity. CCC has more than tripled under in the last decade through a strong focus on the lost and consistency in leadership. It is imperative that the person coming into this role can live in an area more than 50 miles away from the closest city. If you desire convenience and the amenities of a large city, this will most likely not be a long term fit. If you love mountain culture, leading people closer to Jesus, and are called to lead in a Sr. Ministry role, then keep reading.

The person coming into this role will have the opportunity to guide and direct all aspects of the church while working closely with the current Sr. Minister, elders, and other staff. The most pressing need that this person will oversee is the development of a Connections/First Impressions ministry that will create relational pathways and clear next steps for those that wish to be more involved with the church.

Through the development of this ministry and the strategic re-alignment of the current ministries of the church, the new Associate Minister will be key in helping CCC break through it’s next growth barrier.

The new Associate Minister will have the opportunity to preach and teach regularly while building the relational capital necessary to inherit the Sr. Minister role upon retirement of the church’s current Sr. Minister.

This position requires a 4-year degree and significant experience in a church setting. The candidate should be comfortable working autonomously to create and implement ideas, events, programs, improvements, etc. He should be comfortable failing forward, and driven to see the church make an impact in the local community.

It is preferred that the candidate have a high proficiency in church management software and is able to establish appropriate scorecards for gauging the success of the church’s ministry systems.

To apply for this position, please submit a resume with a recent family picture and a cover letter showing your desire for a position such as this to william@e5churchstaffing.com.

This process is expected to move quickly. If you do not receive a response within a week of the submission of your resume, you have not been chosen to move forward at that time.

Job Description: Brief Description: BVBC Pastor Search Questionnaire Type of Ministry Sought: Pastor . Date Submitted___________ Important Information for Consideration:

Wyoming is a glamorous Rocky Mountain State. It occupies some 98,000 square miles of territory, most of which is open country of a desert or semi desert nature. Its plateaus are 3,800 feet in elevation or above (most of it far above). Our plains are cut by great mountain ranges. Many of these are stark desert mountains, beautiful in their own right, but depressing in their absence of vegetation. The Red Desert in the southwest occupies close to a quarter of our state. Towns are few, far apart, and small in population.

Winters are extremely cold in places and can be very long. Temperatures sometimes reach 50 degrees below zero in some areas. Correspondingly, churches here are smaller – our largest churches have an attendance of 200 – 300, the average church runs around 40 – 50, and many of them run 20 or under. We have approximately 100 Southern Baptist churches and missions in the state. Half of the pastors are bi-vocational. All experience various degrees of loneliness and struggle. This is NOT the “Bible belt”.

Lyman is in Bridger Valley, which has 3 small towns, Lyman, Mt. View, and Fort Bridger, in a ranching community at an elevation of over 6800 feet. Trona mining is the largest industry in this area. The miners work a shift schedule. The men in our church have different days off, which means some of them never have the same days off. They each work 2 Sundays each month.

Summers are short and attendance is even lower with everyone doing vacations and taking time to escape when weather allows. Because of the mountain desert area winds arrive almost daily, reaching speeds of 40 – 50 mph. It is a dry environment and the sun damage can be harsh.

We are 36 miles away from the nearest Wal-Mart in Evanston (population 12,000). There is a small grocery store, Family Dollar, and Shopko (with pharmacy) in Mountain View. Salt Lake City (population over 200,000) is almost 2 hours away. Rock Springs (population 23,000) is 65 miles to the east.

Based on the above information, we would like you to complete a questionnaire, request it in an email.

We are looking for someone who loves The Lord and willing to reach out to the independent people of Wyoming
