BOISE BIBLE COLLEGE complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA is designed to protect the privacy of students and their records and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data. The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) requires all member colleges to list its address in the event that students have an unsolved conflict with the school. The ABHE expects students and administrators to work closely to resolve all problems, but also recognizes that in rare circumstances conflicts can arise that are not resolved satisfactorily. ABHE was formerly known as the AABC (Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges).

BBC Refund Policy
Refund of tuition, room rent, and meal charges are made according to the following schedule when withdrawal from the course, the dormitory, and/or school is due to causes beyond the student's control. Refunds are calculated according to the date any applicable fees, along with the completed Change-of-Registration form, are turned into the Business Office.
During the first two weeks of class ................ 80%
During the third week of class ....................... 70%
During the fourth week of class ..................... 60%
During the fifth week of class ........................ 50%
During the sixth week of class ....................... 40%
After the sixth week of class .........................None
The Tuition Deposit can be refunded to you if you notify BBC by July 1st (Fall) or December 1st (Spring) if you do not plan to attend the upcoming semester. The Housing Deposit will be refunded if you notify BBC by July 1st (Fall) or December 1st (Spring) that you will not occupy a dorm room for the upcoming semester.
If you have received Title IV funds, you are subject to the Department of Education refund schedule which is calculated daily. Audit charges are not refundable. Neither are any fees, including your application fee. No refund is owed to a student who is suspended or expelled from BBC. No refund is given on in-house scholarships and awards. Private lessons fees are not refundable.
Refunds to veterans will be prorated in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
You may find that you have a credit balance at the College after all of your payments, scholarships, grants, and loans have been applied to your account. If you wish to have all or some of that money refunded, you must request this in writing.
