Overview
Some U.S. state comprehensive privacy laws (“Privacy Laws”) require us to provide residents with additional privacy disclosures and inform them of their rights. This U.S. Specific Disclosure (“U.S. Specific Disclosure”) supplements the Privacy Notice and applies solely to individuals who reside in those U.S. states which have state level privacy laws enacted.
Use of the term “right” in this U.S. Specific Disclosure is not intended to and shall not confer any legal rights or remedies on any person or party, and any such rights or remedies shall only exist to the extent expressly provided under applicable Privacy Laws.
Any other capitalized but undefined terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Privacy Notice. If there is a conflict between provisions in this U.S. Specific Disclosure and the Privacy Notice, this U.S. Specific Disclosure governs with respect to the subject matter of the conflicting provisions. As used in this U.S. Specific Disclosure, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household, and includes “personal data” as defined in the Privacy Notice.

This U.S. Specific Disclosure is designed to provide you with additional information on how we handle your Personal Information and inform you of additional rights that you may have.
Data Collection, Purpose, and Source
We recommend you carefully review the
Privacy Notice for the types of data we collect and how we use it. In addition, as required under certain Privacy Laws, we identified the categories of Personal Information we’ve collected, the source, and purpose over the preceding 12 months.

Sensitive Personal Information
We collect, use, disclose and otherwise process Sensitive Data solely to provide our Platform, and to comply with legal obligations. Where required by applicable Privacy Laws, we will obtain consent prior to any collection and use of Sensitive Data.
We do not use your Personal Information to profile you in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as defined under applicable Privacy Laws.
Disclosure of Data for Business Purposes
We disclose your Personal Information for business purposes to the categories of third parties further described in “Whom We Share Your Data With & The Purpose of Disclosure” of the Privacy Notice. These disclosures are made to enable us to operateour Platform, provide our Offerings, and fulfill the purposes described in this U.S. Specific Disclosure and the Privacy Notice.
Disclosure of Data for a Sale or Use of Data for Targeted Advertising
Certain disclosures of your Personal Information to third parties may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” as those terms are defined under applicable Privacy Laws. As further described in “Whom We Share Your Data With & The Purpose of Disclosure” of the Privacy Notice, the categories of third parties who may receive Personal Information in connection with such activities include:
- Analytics and Advertising Providers.
- Joint Marketing Partners.
- Social media platforms and advertising networks.
For the specific categories of Personal Information that may be sold, shared, or used for targeted advertising, please refer to the Data Collection, Purpose, and Source table above.
We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 18 years of age without affirmative opt-in consent as required by applicable Privacy Laws. Where applicable Privacy Laws impose restrictions on the sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising of Personal Information belonging to consumers under 18 years of age, we comply with such restrictions, including obtaining any required consent before processing such data for those purposes.

Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Platform, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. For more information regardingour data retention practices, please see “Retention of Your Data” of the Privacy Notice.
Your Rights and Choices
Applicable Privacy Laws may provide you with specific rights regarding your Personal Information. This section describes your rights and explains how to exercise those rights. Certain requirements must be met for consumers to exercise their rights, see Exercising Your Rights below for more information on what requirements must be met and how to exercise said rights.
Some of the activities may be considered “sales” or “sharing” of your Personal Information or “targeted advertising” under applicable Privacy Laws. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, and/or the sale of your Personal Information.
Opt-Out Rights
Sale/Sharing of Your Personal Information
Our use of your Personal Information may be considered a sale or sharing under some Privacy Laws. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” (also found at the bottom of the page), or you may broadcast the Global Privacy Control signal through your web browser or device. More information on Global Privacy Controls can be found here. If neither of these options work for you, you may also email us at the email listed in the How to Contact Us section below.
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your Personal Information and targeted advertising. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser or device, we will automatically process it as an opt-out request for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. If you have an account with us, you may also submit a separate opt-out request to apply to your account across devices.
Consent
Conflict of Consent. If you opt out through a universal opt-out mechanism or preference signal, and that signal conflicts with consent you previously provided to us, we will honor the opt-out preference signal. We may contact you to notify you of the conflict and give you the opportunity to confirm your preference.
Revocation of Consent. You may revoke any consent you have previously provided for the processing of your Personal Information by contacting us using the methods described in the How to Contact Us section below. We will comply with your revocation request as soon as practicable, and in all cases within the timeframe provided under applicable Privacy Laws.
Access / Portability Rights
Under certain applicable Privacy Laws, you have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information, including:
- The categories of Personal Information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information.
- To receive the specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance (also called a data portability request).
- If we sold or disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
- sales, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
Once we receive and confirm your consumer request, we will provide you with the requested information. See Exercising Your Rights for more information.
Data Correction Rights
Under certain applicable Privacy Laws, you have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of processing Personal Information. Once we receive and confirm your consumer request (see Exercising Your Rights for more information), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate Personal Information (and where required by applicable Privacy Law, direct our service providers to correct) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Deletion Rights
Under certain applicable Privacy Laws, you have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your consumer request (see Exercising Your Rights for more information), we will delete (and where required by applicable law, direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
These exceptions include retaining the data, if it is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collect the Personal Information, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide the Offerings or related products that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the data’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that data that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Exercising Your Rights
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a “verifiable consumer request” (subsequentlyreferred to as a “consumer request”) related to your Personal Information. Please submit a consumer request by emailing us at the email listed below in the How to Contact Us Section.
To be verifiable, a consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information and that you have rights under this U.S. Specific Disclosure.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
- If applicable, provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably identify you are an authorized representative of the person whom we collect Personal Information about.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a consumer request does not require you to create an account with us, but we may require authentication of the person requesting the data that is reasonable in light of the nature of the Personal Information requested.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Initial Request
Once received, we endeavor to respond to a consumer request within the allotted time required by law. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmitthe information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, to the extent technically feasible.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your consumer request unless it is excessive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your consumer request.
Appeal Request
Under certain Privacy Laws, you may have a right to appeal our decision regarding your initial consumer request.
If you have a right to appeal, your appeal should be sent to the place where the initial consumer request was sent (see Exercising Your Rights). The appeal should clearly indicate that it is an appeal of an initial consumer request and should include the initial request along with our response explaining why we cannot comply with the request.
We will answer your request within a reasonable time frame. If we require more time than the initial timeline allowed under the applicable Privacy Laws, and we are allowed to extend our response time under applicable Privacy Laws, we will notify you within the original timeframe letting you know we require more time and reason for the delay.
Once we respond, we will inform you of any action taken or not along with an explanation of the reason in support of the response. If you have any concerns about the results of an appeal, you may have the right to be notified under applicable Privacy Laws that you can submit a complaint to your attorney general. We will provide you with such notification and a link to the attorney general’s website, if applicable.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you, as described in Privacy Laws, for exercising any of your rights under Privacy Laws. Unless permitted by Privacy Laws, we will not:
- Deny goods or services.
- Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
- Provide a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Changes to our U.S. Specific Disclosure
From time to time, we may update this U.S. Specific Disclosure. For any material changes, we will adhere to the same obligations set forth in the “Overview” section of the Privacy Notice. Please review the Privacy Notice for more information.
